Spiral Wound Spooling

Premier Gaskets has engineered and built two machines that specializes in spiral wound spooling or otherwise known as spiral winding.

When you require a foam gasket (such as polyurethane ester or neoprene) for a continuous application, you are most likely looking for a spiral wound roll.  Premier Gaskets has the ability to create spiral wound rolls in whatever length you need.   Our spiral winding machines are fast and allow us to produce these large rolls with very few joins.  The more joins in a roll the more susceptible it is to breaking at a join and therefore shutting down a continuous workflow.
