Premier Gaskets has engineered and built a machine that specializes in foam sealing.

When you need to fabricate an item from two or more pieces of plastic or foam, you need a way of welding them together. When you need to weld sheet materials together in an overlapping fashion, the preferred method is Heat Sealing. Heat sealing is a very efficient way creating a clean strong bond.  Our machine can seal up to 48″ width.
